A weekly QuickBooks Training lesson via Zoom meeting or a telephone conference call with an Accountant/Financial Analyst.

Client will learn on how to categorize each transaction and how to reconcile QuickBooks on monthly basis.

Client will learn on how to read, review and analyze Financial reports; Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Budgeting etc.

No payroll processing, no payroll filing, no sales tax filing or active payables/receivables management is provided.

A weekly discussion via Zoom meeting or a telephone conference call to go over your Business Expenses for the week.

Client will perform a monthly reconciliation in QuickBooks with Accountant’s supervision.

Includes:

Setting-up Accounts Payable.

Setting-up Accounts Receivables.

Setting-up Employees or Independent Contractors (1099).

Building a customize Chart of Accounts.

Researching transaction and appropriately categorize each transaction.

Reconciling your QuickBooks online on monthly basis to match your Business Bank Statement.

Payroll set-up assistance with ADP, our reliable business partner.

A quarterly & annual Payroll Filing assistance as well as Payroll Deposit requirement.

Reading, reviewing and analyzing your Financial Reports; P&L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting etc., and it will be discussed thoroughly at the end of each month.
