Starting at $500 per month
Includes:
✓ A weekly QuickBooks Training lesson via Zoom meeting or a telephone conference call with an Accountant/Financial Analyst.
✓ Client will learn on how to categorize each transaction and how to reconcile QuickBooks on monthly basis.
✓ Client will learn on how to read, review and analyze Financial reports; Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Budgeting etc.
✓ No payroll processing, no payroll filing, no sales tax filing or active payables/receivables management is provided.
✓ A weekly discussion via Zoom meeting or a telephone conference call to go over your Business Expenses for the week.
✓ Client will perform a monthly reconciliation in QuickBooks with Accountant’s supervision.
Full-Service Bookkeeping Package
= All Inclusive, we do all aspect of your Financial requirements.
Starting at $2,500.00 per month
Includes:
✓ A weekly QuickBooks Training lesson via Zoom meeting or a
telephone conference call with an Accountant/Financial Analyst.
✓ Setting-up Accounts Payable.
✓ Setting-up Accounts Receivables.
✓ Setting-up Employees or Independent Contractors (1099).
✓ Building a customize Chart of Accounts.
✓ Researching transaction and appropriately categorize each transaction.
✓ Reconciling your QuickBooks online on monthly basis to match your Business Bank Statement.
✓ Payroll set-up assistance with ADP, our reliable business partner.
✓ A quarterly & annual Payroll Filing assistance as well as Payroll Deposit requirement.
✓ Reading, reviewing and analyzing your Financial Reports; P&L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting etc., and it will be discussed thoroughly at the end of each month.
